Question

What are the relevant chapters for GATE  from the Tanenbaum for Computer Networks ?

 

Which book should I prefer Kurose or Tanenbaum for CN (I have plenty of time and already done lots of questions from CN and did also course from NPTEL)

I read Kurose and Ross chapters 1-5 and 8   and then just did previous year questions.  Cleared all my concepts

You will get CN more from previous year questions

That I know Sir I have applied all the previous year questions already. I now an studying from book. That's why Sir,I wanna know that is all topics given in Kurose because like in forouzen sockets aren't there but in tanenbaum its present. :)

I did not read tanenbaum but a lot extra is given there looking at the chapter and book size.  At last its your choice where you can understand better.
