why is simply 4C2*4C1/52C3 wrong here?

Actually the answer should be 4c2*4c1*3!/52*51*50 ,the reason we do not choose 52c3 is because of conditional probability and also the 3! is not 3!/2! because in probability we consider ace as different so there are 3! Permutations and in selection we cannot do ordering therefore 4c2*4c1

yes it should be 3! only but not $\frac{3!}{2!}$ due to ACE cards can be differentiate !

Thanks for correcting me @rtalwar
