How to apply to IIT Bombay TA

Question

It maybe silly but I am facing uncertainty in the procedure to apply to IITb

I am not sure if the portal I get from Google search is the right place to do it. Also I am confused as to the following statement, "COAPS is not used to apply, it's used to accept"

Yeah you must register at COAP first , because it will ask for COAP registration no. And yeah COAP is only for acceptance and one must register for different IITs independently.
