I have not touched Compiler design yet, as I am in final year and didn't have it as a part of the semester curriculum. So, can I score good marks in GATE without Compilers or will practice a few concepts now. PLease advise. Thanks.

if u r finding it easy then do it. otherwise dont get tensed only bcoz of this subject. but i will suggest you to cover #Parsing atleast.

I would suggest to leave it. Because it's not that easy when you have not done it during BTech.

But you can memorize a few points like what is operator grammar, what LL and LR stands for, which grammar is subset of which, and may be how to find FIRST and FOLLOW sets. Just go through some notes, memorize what you can and leave the rest. DO NOT get tensed. People got good ranks even after leaving subjects like Networks(high weightage). So cheers and pay more time in revising what you have already done.

Utsav09 follow RBR videos. You can finish up fast if you want. It takes less time comparatively.

follow ravindra's videos online......he has given plenty of example, generally not many questions are there from compiler if you understand it its just an extension to automation theory...
