ok...I have some solid industry experience..but If I show my gate marks to them they will laugh....monash is australian university I think.

Usually for foreign universities a GATE rank of 5000 or better is enough.

Yes sir , but this is not foreign University . This PhD is mostly done in iit Bombay , and one year we have to stay in Monash University and can use research facilities over there.
