OK I now get it. They have asked about the representation of many-one "RELATIONSHIP"(so definitely it will be something with the diamonds). And since they mentioned "relationship" of a weak entity set, Ans will definitely be option A (Diamonds with double/bold border)

yes, this was confusing at first read. it asks about the representation of the many-one relationship of a weak entity set. not representation of a weak entity set.
