What was the minimum score needed to APPLY for Mtech TA/RA  in top IIT’s in past year? can anyone share it category vise because unable to find it now that applications have been closed, Thank you

You can get IITs through RA but unfortunately can't get TA , Direct admissions you can get MTech TA/RA in old NITs like Warangal,etc ....

If you have a good resume, with good research papers and projects, then you can get to IISC and iits in a score near to 60s. There are many people who have joined this way based on their knowledge, academics and research publications.

All NITs require 60% or 6.5 CGPA(which is aggregate of all semesters)..

 

Most IITs also requires the same Bt IITs like IITB ( 60% in the final year or 60% aggregate of all semesters),

IITM requires just qualifying degree,

IITK requires 5.5 CGPA,

IISc requires just second class degree ....
