options other than gate

Question

hello everyone,

i just wanted to ask which are other PSU’s/COLLEGES that donot see gate score , i mean which colleges/psu’s conduct their own examand what is their criteria means exam pattern.

i know about IIITD,IIITH,BARC,ISRO but others i dont know.

pls if u have any info about any college and their pattern of exam. Then pls comment here, it will help others very much!!!

In IIIT hyderabad website it is written that "Paper II is subject paper. Based on the applicant's graduation discipline,  has to appear for one of the following relevant subject papers".

I want to pursue Masters in cse but I am from ECE branch. After messing up gate IIITH is my only hope. Does anybody know if I can choose cse as paper 2?

A student with an Engineering or Science degree in any field/area can seek admission to our programmes in fields other than the one in which they have completed their basic degree. For instance, a candidate who has completed B.Tech. in Electronics/Electrical/Civil Engineering can apply for M.Tech./M.S./Ph.D in Computer , and Bioinformatics.

Yes, I have read that a student from any branch can seek admission in cse but the thing about the subject paper that can be attempted is unclear. I have read an interview experience where the person seeking admission in cse has given the subject paper in Biotech.

Can someone from branches other than CSE who has appeared for PGEEE please help.
