Analysis Of Prims Algorithm
I have seen many varients of complexities using diferent data structures in implementing Prims Agorithm. Can you pls post standard algorithm and tells me in details how to derive the complexities. Please also mention the variations possibles when data structure changes and How will effect the complexity taking Best case and Worst case senarios .

Timeout Interval
Consider a TCP connection over that the three measured SampleRTT values of 106 ms, 120 ms and 140 ms. Compute the EstimatedRTT after each of these SampleRTT values is obtained, using a value of α = 0.125 and assuming that the value of EstimatedRTT ... of DevRTT was 5 ms just before the first of these three samples was obtained. Compute the TCP Timeout Interval after three samples.

Let's assume we have a DPDA and NPDA .Now if we have a language suppose L which of the above can we use to find if L is regular or not? And why? I found its DPDA BT not NPDA.but what is the intuitive notion.can we use both ways of DPDA I.e using final state or by using empty stack to decide if L is regular or not?
