In above k-map minterms $(m_8,m_9,m_{10},m_{11},m_{12},m_{13},m_{14},m_{15})$ can be combine as single octet and $(m_7, m_{15})$ as single pair.

 The SOP expression is : $f(A,B,C,D)=A+BCD$

So option $(C)$ is correct.
