ND(Next Deviation) = $\alpha$ * ID (Initial Deviation) + (1-$\alpha$)*AD (Actual Deviation) [ | IRTT(Initial RTT) -ARTT(Actual RTT) | ]

  •  ID (Initial Deviation)
  • AD (Actual Deviation)
  • IRTT(Initial RTT)
  • ARTT(Actual RTT) 

i know only RTT  what is deviation
