Question

1.how many outcome are appear if the dice thrown 10 times ?
and
2.how many way to arrange (1,2,3....13) into   8x8 matrix

#doubt _both are looking same question but in 1st we apply diffrent method and in 2nd we apply diff so
can we avoid these type of doubt...
