For these kinds of problems involving power take the log on both sides of y = f(x).

It can be easily solved after this. Try to get the terms in the format for which we have a formula.

let y= lim x-->a f(x)g(x)

if by putting limit we got 1inf

then y = lim x-->a g(x) * {f(x)-1}

now see problem

f(x) = 1-(1/2n)) and g(x) = 2n and by putting limit we got 1inf  type

lim x-->inf 2n* {(1-(1/2n))-1}

lim x-->inf 2n* {-1/2n}

= e-2
