While calculating the total transfer delay do we need to consider the reception time( which, in general, is equal to transmission time) also?

Please clarify , consider this question

Edit: Forgot to add $7 \ us$ queuing delay.
$T_{transmission} \ = 16 \ us \\ T_{propogation} \ =0.5 \ us \\ Total \ time \ = T_t+T_p+T_q+T_t+T_p \ = \ 2T_t+2T_p + T_q\\ =32+1+7=40us$
