Here one block contains 1KB/4B = 256 integers.
Now to address 1000 integers we need 4 blocks.
In each block 1st will be miss, and remaining will be hit.

For eg : in first block 0-255 integers are present, then in block all are taken at a time hence only one will be miss other 255 will be hit.

Hence 1 miss per block , then for 4 blocks 4 misses.
