Ip sunnetting

Question

An organization is granted the block 130.56.0.0/16. The administrator wants to create 1024 subnets. The first and last allocatable addresses in subnet 32 is ?

Subnet 32 means subnet id =32 right?  and when is say 32nd Subnet then??? , I feel this kind of ambiguity in these types of questions untill they clearly mentioned that Subnet 0 : 00000..... or 1st Subnet  is 0000.....

 i don;t think there is ambiguity in question ...it is clear that we have to find subnet 32...

not 32nd...here we will find subnet 31..
