GATE CIVIL 2018 GATEOVERFLOW RANK PREDICTOR

Question

Sir , If 3 person score the same marks, it shows the lower rank of the three. But in actual gate it is not so .

For example. if after AIR 272, 4 person have same score, then  ALL OF THEM HAVE their AIR 273 and the next AIR IS AIR 277. but in gate overflow civil predictor, they will have the rank 277.

Kindly correct it.

The predictor predicts tightest possible boundary! Don’t take it exactly, but the rank will fall down in that range in 99% cases.
