yes, you will be called for Interview in IISc and I suppose with "JRF" your selection will be easier as funding is guaranteed outside the University. Just no need to mention GATE Score anywhere.

Shortlisting for MS by research in cminds at IITB
My GATE score is 587 in OBC and In IITB for MS by Research in CMInDS cutoff for OBC is 585 they released the mock test date and time but i did not get any shorlisting email till now and my score is also above cutoff and CGPA is also 8.0.
