In larger block size, how seek time will be less and how eventually it leads to better throughput?

The larger block can decrease seek under a certain condition, if we use set associative mapping between the hard disk and MM and exploit spatial locality of reference so in one disk access we may bring more data than required but for next set of instruction we may not need to access disk again as disk access time >> main memory.

And other several conditions also but no such thing mentioned in question so we can't say generally it happens
