Ques- In how many different ways can 8 different shirts be distributed among 4 different people so that each receives 2 shirts?

My doubt is how to find that this problem is of which kind ordered partition or unordered partition. Plss clarify.

8 Different shirts and 4 Different People. Ordered Partition as it would matter who gets which Two shirts. Say, In One Partiton, Ram gets Shirts A,B and Shyam gets Shirts C,D. So, This is One partition. But If Ram gets shirts C,D and Shyam gets shirts A,B then It will also be considered a valid and different partition than the previous one. So, Here Order of Partition matters. 

hence the Answer = $\binom{8}{2} \times \binom{6}{2} \times \binom{4}{2} \times \binom{2}{2}$
