Admission Query COAP

Question

did COAP portal is only the m.tech acceptance portal or it is for both M.tech as well as M.S?

*although i have got offer letter from iitk (ms), but still coap is showing no offer at all.

no, i haven't received any offer of ms on coap, by the way coap is only for m.tech admission only, for ms you need to accept offer by paying fees separately at that particular iit.
