In the 9th question, option B is correct because a single animal in the domain of all the animals cannot satisfy both the properties, I mean either it could be sloth or owl but it can not be both.

In the 10th question, English translation would be that there is a sloth that's not as cute as any owl because first, it has to be sloth then under that condition if there is an owl that owl will be cuter than all the sloths.
