HOW TO KNOW IN SUCH TYPE OF QUESTION THAT WE NEED TO APPLY HIERARCHICAL OR SIMULTANEOUS APPROACH .....VERY CONFUSING ???

there is nothing hierarchical or simultaneous thing are there. It is just a question of "how do u face a new type question in exam hall". U need to think out of general view for these question :)

I AM asking for those question where nothing is mentioned about access so how to do becz average memory time will be different in both the cases ???and is there any default mode among them??
