BUT THEY ARE SAYING CURRENT STATE OF CLAIM MATRIX . SO I TAKE THEM AS CURRENT NEED .

CLAIM TERM CONFUSED ME AND I JUST PUT 2 .

AND MAX ELEMENTS = ALLOCATED + CURRENT NEED
