What is the good resource for complete RAM topic ?

I don't know the concept of RAM in the first place, even I tried to learn but couldn't get the whole thing. Wasted so much time on it, So I request you to share some resource...

Tried to learn from Carl Hamacher- Computer organization and embedded systems and also from NPTEL lectures. But now I have that much clear concept that I am able to solve all GATE questions based on it. Kindly have a look at this question- I have posted an answer there.
