Input burst  is 120Mbps for 2 Seconds

1 sec   ------------>120Mb

2sec   ------------->240 Mb

The host does not provide data for 18 seconds 

since Buffer contain 240Mb the buffer will be empty after (240/4)sec i.e after 60 sec 

In (2(host)+18(ideal))20 seconds it transmitted 4*20Mb=80Mb

240-80=160Mb reamining in buffer .
