The answer to a question was 4 in the CS paper and they asked us to round it off to 1 decimal place which gives 4.0 but I wrote 4 will I be marked wrong?

Most likely GATE answer key range will lie from 3.9 to 4.1..So 4 will be considered..

Regarding NAT
Suppose if answer to a NAT is $2.8283$. What should be the correct way to enter this answer? Sometimes some test series mark $2.8$ as correct while other marks $2.82$ as correct and sometimes $2.83$ as correct. Please Suggest which one way is ... range is marked as correct by GATE authority. I checked GATE2017 website and it says an answer to NAT should be upto max 3 decimal digits.
