My Gate 2019 expected score is 47

is there any possibility i could get good college for m.tech .

i have already taken edu loan for my bachelors didnt have any job. so any suggestion please

If your gate score is over 600, u will get in IIIT Bangalore for sure else try for NIT's..

check last year cut-offs for NIT's here..https://ccmt.nic.in/ccmtregistration/root/orcr.aspx

i think your score will be less than 600, so try for IIITH and NIT's, it's difficult for you to get into IIITB. no idea about reserv.
