operating System - Scheduler

Question

Can we say Dispatcher is a sub-module of Mid Term Scheduler ?
Mid term scheduler is responsible for  degree of multi-tasking .. t/f ??

YES it is true if more number of process in ready state and they don't get enough resource mid-term scheduler suspend them in wait/block state. but if in option long term & mid term both will be there then this will be right answer bcz LTS also responsible for degree of multiprogramming
