Assume the propagation delay in a broadcast network is 6 micro seconds and the frame transmission time is 4 microsecond .Can the collision be detected no matter where it occurs ?

I think there is no collision because in question transmission time is less and proporgation time is greater  

Tt>=2Tp then there is collisions in worst case

Tt>=Tp there is collision in best case

Correct me if I am wrong?
