DOCUMENTATION

All consonant together

DCMNNTT  =7!/2! *2!  (Use of permutation with limited repetition)

AEIOOU = 7!/2!

So  both subevents multiply (same here for repeated letter)

(7!/2! *2! )*(7!/2!)

This is the right answer.
