Could you explain to me how you got the expression in the third line ? So i is going from 1 to n-1 (2 in your case, because n=3) and j is from (2 to 3). After that, how do you expand the And notations ? Do we expand the j expressions first and then do the i expressions ? If you could show that step by step, it would be really helpful.
