I am unable to decide question is whether MSQ or MCQ in the GO books, someone can help me how i differentiate both??

Also, you can see the tags it is mentioned that it is MSQ.

Here 5.2.3 is MSQ and 5.2.4. is MCQ where is the tag?? And if we know the msq then why do we need to check each and every option??

Both are MSQ as mentioned. ( MSQ can also have a single option as correct )

checking each and every question is good because it will prepare you for MSQ and also it helps in catching error coz if you get multiple answer as correct in an MCQ then for sure you have committed some mistake.

Reading question carefully is the key. In GO Book every question has the mention what it is asking. In the online exams the MSQ will have a square radio button, The MCQ will have round button not exclusively every time but most often, so should become cautious when see square radio buttons.
