Natural number is $30$ and the $ 50th $ digit is $3$..

10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20

after first nine numbers when we take 1 step ahead then we move forward by 2 digit so that

$9 + 10*29(10,11,….19) + 10*2(20,21,…..29) +1*1(30...) $

 

so that ans is 30
