Which all topics you covered extra?

Question

There are many people who have got top ranks here in GATE2016 and they had a decent rank (top 1000) in GATE2015. Most of them have given their preparation strategies also. Still I would like to ask one thing- what all extra portions you did in GATE2016 compared to 2015 assuming you prepared seriously in 2015 also. This can also include any topics were you were not strong in 2015 but made strong in 2016.

I prepared

1)TIFR Q

2) GATE Questions all

3) Reference book Reading + Questions

4) LOADS of video lectures

5) Giving lot of Mocks

6) Giving lot of aptitude tests.

okay :) So, you would have been sound in all topics which were taught well in class.

Well, I just prepared class notes while doing GATE 2015. We were told by professors to study books (At least for 50% of subjects) Along with that I just had 40-45 days for exam.

In short the preparation was just hard and fast. Along with that my basics were not so well from start at time of GATE 15.
