My GATE details are
AIR: 676
Score: 706
Cat: OBC NCL.

Is there any chances for IIT Kgp or IIT R?
Also I just want to know count of OBC having 3 digit rank in GATE 2016 CS. Kindly mention your AIR if your category is OBC NCL.

It is very difficult to get that count unless one has some link with GATE authorities. But with 676 rank you should get IITkgp/R/G/H with >95% probability based on previous year details. Just wait till spot rounds. This year IITkgp is not having IT and so has 67 seats for CS. So, even IITM might be possible though we cant say for sure.

Can I also expect the same for this year also with :-expected cutoff 706 on GO
