Transfering Data and Transmitter Power, is there any idea?

We have one 1-MB file that in 1second moved from 1Mhz channel with 60db Attenuation. if the density of power to noise be -174 dBm/Hz, the transmitter power is equal to 1Micro Watt.
My question is how this value be calculated? any idea?
