RACE AROUND CONDITION

Question

If 'To' is the clock ON time and 'Tp' is delay time for a JK Flip Flop fed with HIGH for both the inputs.Then the race around condition occurs if-

a )To = Tp

b)To > To

C)To = 2Tp

d) To > 2Tp

Race condition is nothing but toggling of values...this toggling cannot be used if it toggles more in the clock period... i.e it occurs when the time period of the clock pulse is greater than the propagation delay of the flip flop so answer will be

To > Tp

but the answer give is D ...
it says that the racing is said to have occured if output has toggles more than once (min twice).
in an ON time of the clock....

see if it toggles two time then it produces the output same as the input...then it is not a race around condition as we can predict the output...but race around condition is not useful as it is not predictable so i think answer is To > Tp

To > 2Tp this also gives race around condition
