Linear Dependent

Question

I am getting independent but answer is given as dependent. Can some one tell me what worng with my approach

O. K3 = 0  doesnt imply K3=0.

As Sushant indicated,

$\frac{-k_3 -5k_3+6k_3}{2} = 0$ does not imply $k_3 = 0$.
