and we have to find the h(x-2) ?

simply put (x-2) in function 

h(x-2)= 3(x-2)^2-7(x-2)-5 = 3(x^2+4-4x)-7(x-2)-5 = 3x^2-12x+12-7x+14-5=  

=3x^2-19x+21
