primary version is not sliding Window protocol but modified Stop and wait ARQ is one bit sliding widow protocol

This capacity is determined by the bandwidth in bits/sec multiplied by the one- ... delay product means that time it takes first bit to reach receiver to the first frame to reach receiver?Please help

General doubt on Protocols
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_IP_protocol_numbers Here list of protocol for $IPV_{4}$ header Now, my question is $1)$ How OSPF used for encapsulating IP packet? OSPF mainly used for flooding. But how it still do encapsulation? $2)$Is BGP transport layer protocol? Is it uses TCP or UDP?
