Best answer

  1. $S$ is the aunt of $R-$ It may be false as $S$ can also be the uncle.
  2. $S$ is the aunt of $T-$ It ${\color{Red} {\text{must }}}$be false, because $S$ either father of $T$ or mother of $T.$
  3. $S$ is the sister-in-law of $Q-$ It may be false as $S$ can be brother-in-law too.
  4. $S$ is the brother of $P-$ It may be false as $S$ can be sister too.

So, the correct answer is $(B).$
