I think your answer is correct because

functional dependency of r1 U functional dependency of r2 leads to all dependencies of F.

But according to the answer given I think the question setter wants A->D to be explicitly present which I think is wrong because it is transitively defined. There is no need of A->D to be present explicitly in the decomposition.
