Conclusions 1 and 2 do not logically follow from the given statements.

Conclusion 3 logically follows from the given statements If all girls are anorexic (statement 2) and some shoppers are anorexic (statement 1), then some girls must also be shoppers.

Conclusion 4 does not logically follow from the given statements

so the 3rd answer is correct .
