→ In this we give proper training to our team members for enhancement of their knowledge.
- Managed
→ At this stage, quantitative quality goals are set for the organization.
→ This quantitative measurements made help the organization to predict the product and process quality.
- Optimized
→ This is the highest level of process maturity in CMM.
→ At this stage, we focus on the continuous improvement of the organization’s software processes.
So, correct order : Initial, Repeatable, Defined, Managed, Optimized.
