How do a fresher can get a job in Cyber Security Team of govenmenr of India ?

is C-DAC Recruting ? Has anyone know about it ?

It is my life time dream to get into a cyber security team of Govt of  India and serve for my country . I am writing this mail to inquire that How do a fresher like me  can get a job into cyber security team of India ?  I have been searching a solution for this question for about 3 months . Evey thing I search will end up in minimum 5yrs of experience but nothing concerning cyber security team of India   . I have been passionate about security measure of a computer from schooling . It is my biggest dream to work for my country that too in a field i love the most . Could you pls help me where do I start ? Wha tests I have to write ? in short How do one get to that position ?

Are you Ethical Hacker Certified  or done any hacking course from any prestigious institution  ?

I contacted DSCI team through email and phone.  Still they didn't help much in telling how an engineer can work in Cyber Security Team of Government of India.
