GATE CSE 2018 | Question: 32
Consider the following C code. Assume that unsigned long int type length is $64$ bits. unsigned long int fun(unsigned long int n) { unsigned long int i, j=0, sum = 0; for( i=n; i>1; i=i/2) j++; for( ; j>1; j=j/2) sum++; return sum; } The value returned when we call fun with the input $2^{40}$ is: $4$ $5$ $6$ $40$

Made Easy Doubt
How C is the answer here ? for the transition Delta(Q0,1,x) to work we need X in top od stack ...so we need at least one 0 for that..so according to me D should be the answer

RANDOM TEST SERIES
Consider 2 hosts, H1, H2 are at two ends of a link. The transmission rate of the link is 2Mbps and the propagation delay is 10 msec. Host H1 will receive the data with a rate of 64Kbps from another link and send the data by dividing them into frames of ... link at Host H1) until the bit is stored (at Host H2)? Note : H2 stores the packet, once it receives the entire packet.
