Shouldn't the answer be 6 km/hr ?

Boat + River = 8 km/hr  {downstream, you add the flow of river}

Boat - River = 4 km/hr {Upstream, you subtract the flow of river}

Boat = 6 km/hr {without flow of river, i.e. Still water}
