Doubt: Stuck with equations,

Please guide,I am not getting answers with this and still I am not able to conclude my mistake

Cache:

Read-   Hit rate(Hit time)  + Miss rate[Hit rate Memory(cache search time+MM )+Miss rate memory(cache search time+MM +sec )    ]

write(in write-through)   max(cache,mm)

Similarly, In Os

in virtual memory what I have read in Galvin Page table is in memory, its address stored in PTBR, we use two reference one for page table to get the physical address of frame, then second to get the physical frame,

But question: Here answer is,by taking only one reference for page  not for  page table

A demand paging system has page fault service time as 125 time units if page is not dirty and 400 times units of page fault service time if it is a dirty page. Memory access time is 10 time units. The probability of a page fault is 0.3. In case of page fault, the probability of page being dirty is P. It is observed that average access time is 50 time units. Then, the value of P is

I have not Mug up any formula but even though came up with wrong answers,Please guide
