Consider a 16 bit processor in which the following one address instruction is loaded into main memory :

The effective address using PC-relative addressing mode when processor is executing an instruction at location 100 is __________ (Assume memory is of Byte addressable).

becoz PC will hold 102...and Current instruction having offset value 300

how would we come to know 300 is offset value

 with this word it is clear that given instruction must be Branch instruction....

and at 101 it is opcodde and remaining would be other part of instruction and in branch instruction it is target address...
